Chapter 10b: Guiding Principles examined: Rule number five, of the seven rules - Humanities failure and sin of disobedience that brings about the punitive Judgment in the first six dispensations.

All seven or guiding principles appear in the first six dispensations. All seven keys occur along the life of the first six dispensations. When the 5th rule becomes evident the dispensation starts coming to its end, and the new dispensation period begins in its infancy, this period is denoting the transition. The eternal dispensation, the Dispensation of the Fullness of Time, the seventh dispensation, will never end because its structure will never fail, Ephesians 1:10, Revelation 22:1-7,14, Revelation 21, Romans 14:17, the fifth rule, a failure never occurs. Therefore, no transition or a punitive judgment.

A dispensation is not controlled by time, but events (the economy) within the dispensation. The seven keys, governs the administration of the economy, working in conjunction with God's long-suffering contained in His plan.

Dispensations come to an end primarily when believers fail to carry out their responsibility of making a difference in the world they live. Resulting in the institution of stewardship becoming permeated with evil by compromising the truth, failing to give testimony or witness to the truth of God. The stewards, after knowing the truth become evil in disobedience and rebellion not being just in practice, and living in unrighteousness. They reject the truth of God, they live recklessly, just like the rest of unbelieving humanity, Genesis 2:15 cf. 3:1-8, Genesis 6:1-8, Geneses 11:1-9, II Chronicles 10; 12:13-14; 13; I Kings 12:20,32; 14:16; 15:30; II Kings 13:6; Amos 7:11, Isaiah 9:8-21;10:1-12, Acts 3:13-14; 28:23-29, Romans 11, I Timothy 4:1-5, II Timothy 3:1-5, Roman 11:11-25, Revelation 20: 7-15. This particular failure is the major catalyst setting the stage for the change in a dispensation, causing a new dispensation to begin, (See chapters on God's punitive judgments).

Satan, the flesh, and the world deceives a person with blindness, II Corinthians 4:3-5, Romans 8:4-8, II Peter 1:4, I John 2:17, and they convince the saved stewards to procrastinate, and compromise a holy lifestyle, forsaking their leadership responsibility, Ephesians 6:12, I Timothy 4:1-2, James 4:17. These failures are energized by Satan's leadership of deception over the leadership of God's holy eternal principles, and God's rules that have been set since eternity past. A dispensation ends when God's long-suffering come to an end. God does not delight in his punitive-condemnation judgment, but judges because it is right, just, and best for humanity, for He has given each person who is condemned an opportunity to accept or reject Him, Acts 17:24-28, II Peter 3:9, Romans 2:4-6, John 3:16-21, II Peter 3:9.

With humanity's failure as stewards in the economy, change occurred in time, time is not the controlling factor, but the events of humanities' failure, with God's long-suffering coupled with His foreknowledge, purpose, patience, and the love He has, the dispensation comes to an end. Human failure in every dispensation occurs with the exception of the Dispensation of the Fullness of Times. God's eternal dispensation never ends, for it is completely under the redemption brought about by God through Christ Jesus that is eternal, Ephesians 1:10.

Witnessing, teaching, training, and warning the lost is a universal responsibility. Witnessing was and is the personal responsibility of believers in accordance to their particular dispensation. Conversion is at the heart of God for He is not willing that any should perish, II Peter 3:9, but men perish because they reject the message of God word and proclaimed by His stewards, which He has given for humanity's salvation, John 3:16-21, Psalms 27:1; 34:11, Ezekiel 3:17-21, II Peter 2:5, Deuteronomy 6:1-17, Titus 1:1-10, II Timothy 2:2, Proverbs 11:3, Matthew 28:19, II Corinthians 5:17-21, Psalms 40:9-10, Psalms 116:13-14, Romans 10:14-17.

God preserves all who come to Him Isaiah 56, I John 5:13, John 10, Romans 8, the Old Testament saints both saved Jews and Gentiles who receive the inheritance prescribed by God, along with the New Testament saints, they both are the called out believers of the eternity.

God showing mercy and demonstrating grace has extended His long-suffering, giving humanity the opportunity to realize that apart from God, humanity would never be able to be holy and righteous. Mercy and grace was shown through the different dispensations, and how God gave many opportunities, which ended with humanities failure. God is still showing His mercy and grace to the world today, and not wanting humans to perish, II Peter 3:9.

The Failure that brought or will bring about the Punitive Judgment and the end of the First Six Dispensations

Dispensation of Innocence – Adam and Eve along with Angels were the stewards that brought about the failure of the first dispensation. Adam and Eve were the first created humans from which all humans are descendants, they lacked trusting and disobedience to God's revealed command, wanting to be god like - sin came into the world, followed by death (Humans were created without sin, but chose to sin). They failed by eating of a forbidden tree, the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil which they were clearly commanded not to eat from. Humanities innocence disappeared becoming defiled, and the offspring would never be innocent because the defilement came inherent to all descendants, Genesis 3:1-8, Romans 5. The only way humanity could ever have a correct relationship to God in holiness again, was for God to provide a just payment, and for the payment He accomplished in the Lord Jesus Christ.

The angels are spirit beings created by God, Genesis 1:1. They were created holy, and with the free ability to choose to remain in that state of their creation, or follow Satan's fall during the Dispensation of Innocence, Genesis 3; Ezekiel 28:13. Demons are fallen angels that fell with Satan losing their stewardship. Angels are actively at work in the world today, working against God and Christians, Ephesians 6:10-13, II Corinthians 11:13-15. The angels who remained faithful to God are confirmed in their holiness, and they function as God's messengers being involved with believers, I Timothy 5:21.  The angels learn from believers and have a ministry with those who will be heirs of salvation, Hebrews 1:13-14, Matthew 18:10. Someday believers will take part in judging the angels, I Corinthians 6:3.

Humans who have received transformation by the work God has accomplished in the Lord Jesus Christ, are taking the place that the Angels had, ever since the fall, believers are being adopted as children of God, and making the believer's position in the chain of command, directly under the Lord Jesus Christ, John 1:12, I Corinthians 6:3, Ephesians 5:1, Philippians 2:15, Romans 8:16-21.

Dispensation of Conscience - the worldwide flood came on humanity because of wickedness, and failure to keep from the sins of their imagination that they created in their own making, doing what they wanted in their own eyes, which became their norm, Genesis 6:5, 12, II Peter 2:1-5, Titus 1:15-16. Because of the hardening of the conscience, the stewards became ineffective to lead humans into correctness, Genesis 6:5, 12, I Peter 3:20, II Peter 2:5. The Lord Jesus states when he comes back to earth it will be similar to this time, the time of Noah, there will be a 'laissez-faire' attitude towards the things of God, Matthew 24:36-49. The whole human race had become disobedient and only Noah and his family were spared, I Peter 3:18-20. The people of this dispensation got to the point to express, they did not need God, (when Eliphaz accused Job wrongly Eliphaz referred to a time (possibly the time just before the flood), humanity expressed they were empty in their need for God, and wanted, "God to get away from them," Job 22:12-18).

The sins of their imagination took on a corruption of the union between a man and a woman along with a universal moral corruption. Angles who had fallen with Satan took women and impregnated them corrupting the human race, Genesis 6:1-5, Job 1:6; 2:1, Deuteronomy 3:11, 13, Numbers 13:1-2, 33; 21, II Peter 2:4, Jude 1:6, II Samuel 21:15–22, I Samuel 17:4, 23, Genesis 10:15–16, Genesis 14:13, Amos 2:9–10, Numbers 13:29, 32, Genesis 14:5, Deuteronomy 2:20–21, Genesis 14:5, II Samuel 21:16, 18, 20, Joshua 15:13; 21:11, Joshua 11:21–22, I Chronicles 11:23, Deuteronomy 9:2; I Chronicles 20:6.

(Some Christian holds to an interpretation that the "sons of God" were the formerly righteous descendants of Seth who rebelled, while the "daughters of men" were the unrighteous descendants of Cain, and the Nephilim the offspring of their union. However, all early sources refer to the "sons of heaven" as angels).

The dispensation of conscience became corrupted by the imagination of humanities thinking. The whole human race had become disobedient and only Noah and his family were spared, I Peter 3:18-20. Today humanity is still corrupting the human relationships of reproduction. The understanding of the former teaching of the angel can be understood better when coupled with the original stewardship angels had; they were supposed to have a ministering role from God in conjunction with humans since creation.

Dispensation of Human Government - humans have failed by false worship, self-centered, pride, and by uniting all humanity to join in the false efforts of religion. They united against God by establishing a false religion, creating a city and the tower at Shinar, called the tower of Babel to reach the heavens, Genesis 9-11. Humanity invented and established their own way instead of God’s revealed way, "a tower whose top is in the heavens; let us make a name for ourselves," humanity sinned by playing God, Genesis 11:4.

Human religious institutions or government cannot keep or cause individuals to follow God, Genesis 11:1-6. Even today, humanity without God and those who believe government will be the answer to wickedness and evil from the heart of humanity, only show humanities inability. Supposing government can correct the evil, which it cannot, only establishes the fact, and more laws prove government's inability. Also, the 'Tower of Babel' shows humanity by establishing a religion their ways, apart from God's revealed plan, only leads to failure since religion and government cannot lead, or bestow upon an individual holiness and righteousness.

Dispensation of Promise through a chosen family - Romans 9:4,5 the select family Israel, failed in mercy by rejecting obedience, they found out the Laws, which were added are unbearable, Galatians 3:16-19, Act 15:5-10, the law only made them slaves, incapable of having any change in their hearts apart from God making that change possible, Romans 8:3 - they rejected the Father's Theocracy in the Dispensation of Promise under the Old Covenant (Testament), Isaiah 1:2-4, chapter 5 note verse 13, Malachi 1:6 then they rejected the Son and crucified Him by the hands of the Gentiles, John 19, Act 13:26;30, 38-41, and finally they rejected the Holy Spirit's offer of forgiveness and stewardship, Act 7;1- 50, Act 7:51-60, 13:46, 18-4-6, 28:23-29.

Their rejection has postponed the promises and leadership as a Nation. Israel was laid aside and the 70th week of Daniel postponed until His completion of the Body of Christ the church age, Romans 11. God inserted this mystery dispensation stopping or postponing the final 70th week judgment for the Nation of Israel and the world, Revelation chapter 1 through 20:6.

Dispensation of Grace/Equality - individuals will fail under the dispensation of equality because they are lovers of self, and will be left behind from the event of the Rapture, they will go through the Tribulation wrath judgment ending in death. All humans in this dispensation are on equal basis, and given the opportunity to be set free by grace, but this grace is rejected by humanity. The 70th week of Daniel is the judgment of two dispensations, the Dispensation of Promise and the Dispensation of Grace. I Timothy 4:1-4, II Timothy 3:1-7, II Thessalonians1 and 2, Revelation chapter 1 through 20:6.

Dispensation of Christ’s Earthly Kingdom - humans failed in a perfect Government, and when Satan is released from the bottomless pit, an unknown number will follow Satan, and rebel against the Lord Jesus Christ and His perfect Millennial Kingdom in the Battle called Gog and Magog. Many of the children born did not turn to God in a perfect rule, and they will follow Satan, Psalm 66:1-10, Revelations 20:7-10, Isaiah 65:11-12, 20

All that spend eternity in the Lake of fire are without excuse and hope!
